# Terms & Conditions

By booking into the **Performance Program | 14–16 Years**, participants and parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Program Details**
The program consists of weekly performance training sessions held on **Wednesdays from 5:00pm–6:30pm**, commencing **Wednesday 14 October**.

2. **Participant Age**
The program is designed for players aged **14–16 years**.

3. **Weather & Cancellations**
Netball is an outdoor sport and sessions may be affected by weather conditions. While every effort will be made to conduct each session as scheduled, we have **no control over the weather**. If a session needs to be cancelled or modified due to unsafe weather conditions, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

4. **Session Changes**
For safety and coaching purposes, the coach may modify, shorten or cancel a session if weather or court conditions become unsuitable. Training activities may also be adjusted based on the group's ability, development needs or court availability.

5. **Attendance & Missed Sessions**
Bookings are for the full program. Missed sessions due to illness, injury, personal commitments or other circumstances are **not refundable**.

6. Player Safety
Participants are expected to follow all coaching instructions and behave appropriately throughout the program. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the coach of any relevant injuries, medical conditions or other circumstances that may affect participation.

7. Photography & Video
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians should advise the program organisers if they do not consent to their child being photographed or filmed.

8. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the participant and their parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
