EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering or attending this event, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed when the form is submitted and, for paid events, payment is received. The organiser may refuse or cancel a registration for safety, capacity or conduct reasons.
2. Event Changes
The organiser may change the date, time and venue, schedule or activities. The event may be postponed, relocated or cancelled due to weather, venue issues or emergencies, safety concerns or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
3. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
More than 14 days before the event: full refund less booking fees.
Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: no refund.
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, illness or non-attendance. If the organiser cancels the event, refunds or remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For free events, please cancel if you cannot attend.
4. Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards attendees, organisers, volunteers, officials, venue staff, sponsors and supporters. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, threats, violence or unsafe conduct will not be accepted. The organiser may refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
5. Health and Safety
Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to participate. They must follow event rules, safety instructions and directions from organisers, volunteers, officials and emergency services. Relevant medical or accessibility needs should be disclosed.
6. Risk and Liability
Events may involve physical activity, crowds, equipment, food or other inherent risks. Participants accept the ordinary risks associated with attendance or participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser, committee members, volunteers, officials, supporters, sponsors, partners and venue providers are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage or expense arising from the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their belongings, equipment and vehicles. The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
8. Children
Participants under 18 must be registered or approved by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision unless otherwise agreed.
9. Photography and Privacy
Photography, video and audio recording may occur and may be used for promotion, social media, websites and grant reporting. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should notify the organiser before the event and advise staff on arrival.
Personal information will be used for event administration, communication, safety and reporting. It will not be sold and will only be shared where required for event delivery, safety or by law.
10. Sporting Events
Participants must follow competition rules and official decisions. Schedules, grades and match times may change. Late arrival may result in forfeiture. Categories may be combined or cancelled where entries are insufficient.
11. Acceptance
Participants must follow emergency directions and evacuation procedures. By registering, purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
