Sunscreen and mozzie spray (small containers are easy for the girls to handle)

Plastic to sit upon (small sheet that they can fit in their pocket)
Bedding: All in a Separate Bag or Bedroll
Fitted Sheet
Pillow / pillowcase
Sleeping bag / doona / blankets (Spring weather appropriate sleeping bag/blanket)
Clothes: In a Suitable Backpack / Carry Bag
2 pairs of jeans / pants / shorts
2 shirts or t-shirts
Jumper
Warm jacket (there will be night time activities)
Two pairs of shoes (covered, not thongs)
2 sets of underwear
2 pairs of socks
Pyjamas
Hairbrush, hair ties etc in a bag
Raincoat
Bag for dirty clothes (pillowcase or garbage bag)
Tissues or handkerchiefs
Bath Towel
Soap in a container, washer, toothpaste and brush, shower cap - all in a toiletry bag with handle for hanging
Plastic to sit upon (small sheet that they can fit in their pocket)
Favourite game and book and toy for bed if needed
Torch
Pencil case - please include a pair of scissors, a glue stick and coloured pencils
Any required medications in original packaging, clearly labelled with name and dosage information

Camp Cancellation Policy:
If your Guide is unable to attend the event due to illness a refund can be arranged up to 8 September 2026, (the day event registration closes).
This will enable us to offer the place to someone on the waiting list. If notice is given after that date, no refund will be forthcoming.
Refunds will be processed from TryBooking 7 days after the scheduled event date. The payment will be returned to the card used to make the booking.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
