CAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKINGS & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- All bookings must be completed through the official registration form.
- Limited spots are available; registrations will close once capacity is reached.
- All attendees ( adults & youth) are required to actively participate in camp activities, including but not limited to :
* Meal preparation and serving
* Cleaning up after meals & activities
* Setting up & packing away equipment
* Supporting tasks and communal responsibilties
These activities are designed ot build life skills, encourage teamwork and support a positive community atmosphere.

2. CANCELLATIONS
- The camp may be cancelled by organisers due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.

3. SUPERVISION & BEHAVIOUR
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of their children at all times.
- All participants must show respect to staff, volunteers, other campers, camp facilities, and the natural environment.
- Behaviour that puts others at risk may result in a request to leave the camp.
- Alcohol, drugs, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited.

4. SAFETY & MEDICAL INFORMATION
- Participants must disclose all relevant medical, allergy, or dietary information on the booking form.
- The camp environment includes bushland, uneven ground, and outdoor activities; participants must follow all safety instructions.
- In case of illness or injury, camp organisers may provide basic first aid and contact emergency services if required.
- Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for managing their child’s medication.

5. ACTIVITIES
- Camp activities may include walking, outdoor games, cultural programs, and guided heritage walks.
- Activities are subject to change due to weather, safety considerations, or staff availability.
- Participants join activities at their own risk and must follow instructions from staff and guides.

6. ACCOMMODATION
- No bed linen or doonas provided; attendees must bring their own sleeping bags, pillows & linen
- Cabin allocations will be organised by camp staff; families may make requests, but not all requests can be guaranteed.
- Participants must keep rooms clean and report any damage immediately.
- Any intentional damage to property may incur repair or cleaning charges.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Camp organisers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Participants are encouraged to label belongings and avoid bringing valuables.

8. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY
- Photos/videos may be taken during the camp for community promotion purposes.
- You may opt out by notifying organisers in writing on the booking form.

9. WEATHER & EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
- Camp may proceed in various weather conditions; appropriate clothing is required.
- In the event of extreme weather or bushfire danger, organisers will follow official safety procedures and may modify/cancel activities.

10. AGREEMENT
- By completing the booking form, all participants acknowledge that they:
have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions;
accept all risks associated with participating in outdoor and camp activities;
agree to follow all safety instructions and camp guidelines.
