Event Booking Cancellation and Refund Terms & Conditions

Booking Cut-Off
Bookings for this event will close 7 days prior to the event date. This cut-off is necessary to allow the Queensland Cricketers’ Club (“QCC”) to confirm final attendance numbers and place orders for catering, beverages, staffing and other event requirements.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by QCC no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

Once the 7-day booking cut-off has passed, all bookings are considered final and no refunds, credits, transfers or cancellations will be permitted, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to illness, changes to personal circumstances, changes in plans, inability to attend, or cancellation of individual guests within a booking.

Accordingly, once the 7-day cut-off has passed, QCC is unable to provide a refund or credit for any unused or cancelled booking.

Transfer of Tickets
Where a guest is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another person at the discretion of QCC, provided that the Club is notified prior to the event and the replacement guest complies with any applicable event or membership requirements.

Event Cancellation by QCC
In the unlikely event that QCC cancels or materially changes the event, QCC will advise affected booking holders of any applicable refund or alternative arrangements.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking or purchasing a ticket for the event, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Booking Cancellation and Refund Terms & Conditions, including the 7-day cancellation and refund cut-off.

QCC reserves the right to determine the application of these terms in individual circumstances and to make reasonable amendments where required due to operational, venue or event requirements.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
