**Workshop Terms & Conditions (TryBooking)**

**1. Registration and Attendance**
By registering for this workshop, you secure one of a limited number of places. Please ensure you are available to attend the full session at the scheduled date and time.

**2. Cancellation and Non-Attendance**
Due to limited capacity, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
* Cancellations should be made via TryBooking or by contacting the organiser directly esdt@each.com.au
* Where possible, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** so your place can be offered to another participant.

**3. Substitutions**
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place. Please notify the organiser in advance with the substitute attendee’s details via email esdt@each.com.au

**4. Event Access and Links**
For online workshops, the access link will be provided **on the day of the session** to the email address used for registration. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder).

**5. Punctuality and Participation**
Participants are expected to join the session **on time**. Late entry may not be permitted or may disrupt the session. Active participation is encouraged to support a positive learning environment.

**6. Technical Requirements**
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device to access the session. The organiser is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.

**7. Changes to the Event**
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the workshop content, presenter, date, or time if required. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

**8. Code of Conduct**
All participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session.

**9. Privacy**
Your registration details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the workshop and communicating relevant information.
