General
• All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars.
• These terms and conditions are standard terms and conditions and will not be amended except in exceptional circumstances.
• Any amendment to these standard terms and conditions must be in writing signed by each of the parties.
Pricing
• All prices include GST and are quoted per guest unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include service labour, tables, chairs and tableware.
• A catering labour surcharge will apply on public holidays.
• All prices are based on present day costs.
• Cronulla RSL reserves the right to increase prices without notice if necessary.
Food and Beverage
• Some food items may contain traces of nuts or gluten. If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise the events department and we will be happy to assist with accommodating your individual needs. Any dietary requirements are due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
• No external food or beverage items may be brought into the club to be served.
• Please note that menu items may be substituted at any time due to seasonal availability.
• Please note the bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
Insurance and Damages
• Cronulla RSL Club will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of items before, during and after an event.
Club Entry Details
• All event guests must comply with the Club’s sign in procedures as required by the Registered Clubs Act 1976.
• Minors may, with the consent of the Club, be permitted to attend events.
• As a condition of entry into the Club all minors attending a function must be supervised by a responsible adult and must not be permitted to consume alcohol.
• The Club operates a function license. Should any person attending an event wish to use the Club facilities other than the area in which an event is being conducted (bar, gaming, restaurant etc) before, during or after the event that person is required to sign in to the Club in accordance with the requirements of the Registered Clubs Act 1976.
Payment Terms
• All bookings will be confirmed once ticket has been purchased in full via the special events page on the Cronulla RSL website.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made/acknowledged in writing to an event executive. In the event of cancellation, the following policy conditions apply:
Responsible Service of Alcohol
• In accordance with the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and the Liquor Act 2007, Cronulla RSL Club supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All patrons attending our events should be aware of this and that upon entry of the club they agree to Cronulla RSL Club’s policies and procedures when handling Responsible Service of Alcohol issues.
• Patrons are encouraged to enjoy themselves and celebrate at events but are reminded that they are required to adhere with Cronulla RSL Club’s rules and regulations regarding orderly and acceptable behaviour as guests of the Club. Any guests found to be intoxicated or acting unruly will be asked to leave the function.
• Please note, persons under the age of 18 by law are not permitted to consume alcohol on the premise. Any persons aged under 18 caught consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the function immediately and are subject to fines (as is their guardian) issued by the NSW Police starting at $550 per person.
Legalities
• Persons under 18 years are permitted to attend an event under the supervision of a parent or guardian and must have purchased a ticket. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises under any circumstances. The minor’s parent or guardian will be liable for their actions and may be subject to fines starting at $550 issued by NSW Police should this clause be breached and will be asked to leave the function.
• Please note due to Food Handling Health and Safety Practices, any leftover food is not allowed to be taken off the premises.
• Please note – due to NSW Licensing laws, any alcohol received as gifts or prizes, must be removed from the Club Premises prior to 10pm. Should alcohol not be removed prior to 10pm it must be stored at the Club for collection from 10am the next day.
