Father’s Day Mexican Fiesta – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to the Father’s Day Mexican Fiesta at The Gardens, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

* Tickets must be purchased in advance and are subject to availability.

* Adult tickets are $55 per person. Child tickets are $20 and apply to children 12 years and under.

* No refunds will be offered after Wednesday 2 September 2026. Refund requests received prior to this date will be considered in accordance with our cancellation policy.

* Tickets may be transferred to another person; however, please notify The Gardens of any changes to the booking name.

* Please advise us of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

* The menu is a shared feast served to the table. Minor menu substitutions may be made if required due to product availability.

* Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

* Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over in accordance with NSW liquor licensing and RSA requirements.

* The Gardens reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person displaying intoxicated, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

* In the unlikely event that The Gardens cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
