In relation to the conduct of the Year 12 Graduation and celebratory dinner, the College Administration has agreed upon the following guidelines:

• Tickets will be issued through Try Booking (online). The Senior School has the right to refuse entry to any person not on the guest list.
• It is important that all students have fair access to tickets. If any family purchases tickets in excess of the allocated amount, additional tickets will be refunded.
• The Senior School, in consultation with the Assistant Principal & Principal, reserves the right to deny attendance to any guest (past or present student) who has not adhered to College rules and regulations and whose general behaviour was considered unsatisfactory.
• Students in Year 11 and below will not be permitted to attend the Graduation unless they are family members of a graduating student and / or they attend with their family members.
• Drinks to be served at the Graduation Dinner will be soft drink, wine and light beer. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to consume or be in possession of alcohol and if in breach of this, will be removed from the venue immediately. Students of Sunbury College will be sent home in a taxi at parent’s / carers expense.
• The rules of Lakeside Banquet and Convention Centre will apply to all guests and it is expected that guests will comply with all requests. Security will be hired for the night and any sign of misbehaviour will result in removal from the venue.
• The above conditions have been enforced for a number of years encouraging a successful and enjoyable evening for all involved.
• Should there be a cancellation of guests, no refund will be given 10 days prior to the Graduation.
