Bloom & Create – Terms & Conditions
By booking a place at Bloom & Create, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend, please contact IGNITE Holistic Wellness as soon as possible.
Refunds may be considered for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event, at the discretion of the organiser.
Unfortunately, refunds may not be available for cancellations or non-attendance within 48 hours of the event.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available session.

3. Parents/carers may stay for the event or drop off and pick up. Parents/carers staying are asked to refrain from loud conversations with others, which may interrupt the activity.

Please advise the facilitator of any relevant needs, allergies or considerations that may affect your child's participation.

4. Creative Activities

Bloom & Create may include creative, sensory, movement, mindfulness or wellbeing activities.

Activities are designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, connection and wellbeing.
Participation in activities is voluntary. You are welcome to modify or opt out of any activity that does not feel comfortable for you.
Some activities may involve materials such as glue, scissors and craft materials. Reasonable care should be taken when using these materials.
Please wear clothing suitable for creative activities including closed in shoes.

5. Wellbeing Disclaimer

Bloom & Create is a creative wellbeing and connection experience.

6. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Participants are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the facilitator.
Please let the facilitator know if you feel uncomfortable, unwell or require assistance during the event.
IGNITE Holistic Wellness will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and welcoming environment; however, participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings and participation.

7. Photos & Promotion

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

We will seek permission before using identifiable images of participants for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the facilitator know at the beginning of the event.

8. Respectful Environment

Bloom & Create is intended to be a welcoming, inclusive and respectful space.

Participants are asked to treat facilitators, children, families and other attendees with kindness and respect. The organiser reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
