Tickets & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable — if you cannot attend, notify marketing@diamondcreekshopping.com.au at least 7 days before the event to transfer your ticket to another person.

Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

What to Bring & Wear
Wear comfortable walking shoes. You'll move between venues (approximately 2–3 km over 5 hours). Light jacket or umbrella recommended. Water bottle optional.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Declare all allergies and dietary requirements at checkout. Inform venue staff at the first stop. The organiser is not responsible for dietary accommodation if not disclosed.

Responsible Alcohol Service
This event includes wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails. Drink responsibly. The organiser reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated. Non-drinkers and designated drivers welcome; soft drinks available.

Arrival & No-Show
Arrive by 1:00 PM at Golden Hill Brewery. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

Health & Safety
Participants attend at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft.

Photography & Media
The organiser may photograph/video for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, inform staff at the first venue.
