Your application for the North Shore Rowing Club's Learn to Row course is an application for the Learn to Row class of membership under the following conditions:

1. If the course is open to juniors, and the application includes one or more juniors the booking must be made by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian's name is identified in the Booking Details section on the checkout page. For juniors the minimum age is 14 years. Juniors must also have a minimum height of 160cm and weight of 50kg. Please be aware that juniors are currently not being accepted onto the adult Learn to Row Courses.

2. It is a condition of admission to membership of the North Shore Rowing Club Inc. that members are bound by the Constitution, Rules and By Laws of the Club and the Rules and By Laws of the New South Wales Rowing Association.

3. It is a condition of Rowing Australia and the North Shore Rowing Club Inc. that members be able to swim a minimum distance of 100 metres.

4. It is a condition of admission, membership, or usage of North Shore Rowing Club and its facilities including all rowing shells and related equipment that the North Shore Rowing Club, its directors, management, coaches, members, servants or agents are absolved from all liability howsoever arising from injury or damage howsoever caused (whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of admission, membership or use of North Shore Rowing Club or its facilities including any rowing shells and related equipment, or in anyway whatsoever due to any negligent act, breach of duty, default and/or admission on the part of North Shore Rowing Club, its directors, management, members, servants or agent.

5. The safety of participants is paramount and if sessions need to be cancelled, usually due to inclement weather, makeup sessions will not be held. Instead the coaching staff will endeavour to arrange alternative indoor activities.

Any person using North Shore Rowing Club or its facilities including rowing shells and related equipment is only allowed to do so on the distinct understanding that they do so at their own risk.
