Tickets & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us prior to the event if you need to transfer your ticket.
Participation & Physical Activity
Twilight Flow & Live Music includes physical movement and yoga-based activities. By purchasing a ticket and participating, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and agree to participate within your own abilities and limitations.
You are responsible for deciding whether the activities are appropriate for you. Please listen to your body, take breaks or modify movements whenever needed, and seek medical advice before participating if you have any health concerns, injuries or conditions that may affect your ability to safely take part.
Movement, Music & Medicine and its facilitators are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Event Changes
While we aim to deliver the event as advertised, reasonable changes to musicians, programming, timing or other event details may occasionally be necessary.
Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please speak with our team on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
