1) Tickets are non-refundable. Please check your availability before purchasing.

2) This is a family event. Parents and carers are responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of their own children at all times during the event.

3) Children must be closely supervised around the car park, creek and other areas where there may be increased risk.

4) Birdwings Forest School staff are not responsible for supervising children attending the event unless a child is participating in a separately organised Birdwings activity.

5) Families attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and their children.

6) The event takes place in an outdoor environment and may involve natural hazards, uneven ground, water, weather conditions, insects and other risks associated with the location.

7) To the extent permitted by law, Birdwings Forest School accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8) Stallholders are responsible for their own stall, including all materials, equipment, products, money and other belongings.

9) Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their stall is safe and appropriate for children and the public.
Stallholders must take all of their equipment, products and rubbish home with them at the end of the event. There are no general waste bins available at the site.

10) All stallholders must use reusable, recyclable or environmentally safe materials and minimise waste wherever possible.

11) Food sold at children's stalls must comply with the Birdwings Nutrition Policy.

12) Birdwings Forest School reserves the right to decline a stall proposal or ask a stallholder to modify their products or setup if it is considered unsuitable for the event.

13) The event may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to severe weather, site conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any arrangements in the event of cancellation will be communicated to ticket holders.

14) By attending, participants agree to follow reasonable directions from Birdwings Forest School staff and respect the park, surrounding environment and other members of the community.
