* Tickets must be presented electronically or in printed form when entering.
* Tickets are valid only for the session and ticket category purchased.
* Tickets must not be resold for more than their original purchase price.
* The Kids Treat Combo is sold separately and does not include event admission.
* The Event Organiser may refuse admission where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered or obtained through an unauthorised seller.
3. Children and supervision
* Children must remain under the active supervision of their accompanying parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.
* This event does not provide childcare or supervised drop-off facilities.
* Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the event and animal interactions are suitable for their children.
* Children must not approach, touch or handle an animal unless invited and supervised by an authorised animal handler.
4. Refunds and transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, failure to attend, arriving late or booking the incorrect session, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Ticket transfers to another person may be permitted. Requests should be submitted to the Event Organiser through TryBooking before the event.
Requests to move to another session are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the booked session.
5. Cancellation or postponement
The Event Organiser may cancel, postpone or make reasonable changes to the event where necessary for safety, animal welfare, operational reasons or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If the event is postponed, tickets will normally be transferred to the replacement date. Customers unable to attend the replacement date may request a refund within the period advised by the Event Organiser.
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be processed through TryBooking in accordance with applicable law and TryBooking’s terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Animals and event program
The animals appearing at the event may change without notice due to animal welfare, health, availability or handler requirements. The appearance of a particular animal species or the opportunity to touch or hold an animal cannot be guaranteed.
All animal interactions are optional and remain entirely at the discretion of the authorised animal handlers.
Attendees must follow all instructions provided by animal handlers, venue staff and event staff.
7. Health, hygiene and safety
Live animals can behave unpredictably. Animal interaction may involve risks including scratches, bites, allergic reactions or exposure to naturally occurring bacteria.
Attendees must:
* remain calm and respectful around the animals;
* avoid sudden movements, loud noises or inappropriate handling;
* wash or sanitise their hands after touching animals;
* not eat or drink while participating in animal handling; and
* advise staff of any relevant allergies, medical concerns, severe fears or accessibility requirements.
Anyone with particular health concerns should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.
8. Behaviour and animal welfare
The Event Organiser may refuse entry or require a person to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening or likely to cause distress or harm to an animal, staff member or another attendee.
A refund will not ordinarily be provided where a person is refused entry or removed for breaching these conditions.
9. Late arrival
Attendees should arrive before the advertised session time. Late entry may be delayed or refused where admission would interrupt the presentation or create a safety concern.
The session will not be extended for late arrivals.
10. Photography and recording
General photography or video may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should notify event staff upon arrival. Identifiable close-up images of children will not be used for promotional purposes without permission from their parent or guardian.
Personal photography may be permitted, provided it does not interrupt the presentation or compromise safety. Flash photography and commercial recording are not permitted unless approved by the Event Organiser and animal presenter.
11. Personal property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
12. Liability
Attendees are responsible for following all reasonable safety directions and taking reasonable care for themselves and the people under their supervision.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Venue requirements
Attendees must comply with all reasonable venue rules and directions. Assistance animals are welcome, but advance notice is recommended so appropriate arrangements can be made around the event animals.
14. Contact
Questions concerning tickets, refunds, accessibility or attendance should be submitted using the “Contact Event Organiser” option on the TryBooking event page.
