Puberty, Periods & Pints — Terms and Conditions

What this event is. This is a general health education session delivered by registered nurses. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace a consultation with your own GP or health professional. If you have concerns about a specific person, please see a doctor.

Age. This event is held at a licensed venue and is for adults 18 years and over. Photo ID may be requested at the door.

Tickets. Your ticket admits one person to the session only (unless you have purchased 2 for $50 tickets). Food and drinks are not included and are purchased directly from the venue. Seating is limited and unallocated. Please arrive by 6.15pm, so we can start on time.

Refunds and transfers. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. Tickets are transferable — if you can't attend, you're welcome to pass your ticket to someone else; just let us know the new attendee's name at [email]. If we cancel or reschedule the event, you'll be offered a full refund or a ticket to the new date. TryBooking processing fees may not be refundable.

Changes. Presenters, running order and venue details may change for reasons outside our control. We'll notify ticket holders by email of any material change.

Recording and photography. Please don't record any part of the session. We may take photographs of the event for our own promotion; if you'd prefer not to be photographed, let a team member know on the night.

Conduct. We ask everyone to be respectful of presenters and other attendees. The venue's responsible service of alcohol policies apply, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

Privacy. Your booking details are collected by TryBooking and Elladee to manage this event and to send you information about it. We won't share your details with third parties for marketing without your consent.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
