Terms & Conditions of Entry
Spartans Cup Championship (SCC24)
Saturday, 31 October, 2026 – Pullman Albert Park, Melbourne
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Tickets & Entry
• Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers only.
• Each ticket admits one person.
• Valid proof of purchase will be requested at entry.
• No thongs or slides can be worn.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry without refund if conditions of entry are breached.
• Patrons are not permitted to bring outside food or drink, including water bottles into the venue.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
• Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
• No exchanges will be permitted unless the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled.
3. Event Changes & Cancellation
• The promoter reserves the right to alter the advertised program, fighters, start times, and seating arrangements without notice.
• In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
4. Conduct & Safety
• Patrons must follow all directions from event staff, security, and venue management.
• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
• Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
5. Photography & Filming
• By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for promotional purposes.
• Professional cameras, video equipment, or drones are not permitted unless authorised by the promoter.
6. Personal Belongings
• All bags will be inspected upon entry.
• The promoter and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
8. Liability
• Attending the event is at your own risk.
• The promoter and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as required by law.
