COACHED BY HOLLY ACROBATICS WORKSHOP – TERMS & CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Coached by Holly Acrobatics Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in acrobatics, tumbling, aerial skills, flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, partner work, spotting activities, and related physical activities involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, concussion, spinal injuries, paralysis, and other serious injuries.

I acknowledge that advanced acrobatic skills may involve increased levels of risk due to the complexity and dynamic nature of the activities being performed.

I voluntarily choose to participate, or allow my child to participate, in the workshop and accept all risks associated with participation.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP ELIGIBILITY

For advanced workshops, I confirm that the participant possesses the advertised prerequisite skills and is capable of safely attempting the workshop content. I understand that participation may be refused if the participant does not meet the stated prerequisites.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Holly Seaton trading as Coached by Holly, the workshop venue, studio owners, employees, assistants, contractors, and agents from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, or damages arising from participation in the workshop, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

MEDICAL CONSENT

I confirm that I, or my child, am physically capable of participating in the workshop and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns that may affect safe participation.

In the event of an emergency, I authorise Holly Seaton and workshop staff to seek appropriate medical treatment on my behalf, or on behalf of my child, if required. I understand that any medical expenses incurred remain my responsibility.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants must follow all instructions provided by Holly Seaton and any assisting coaches at all times.

Coached by Holly reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or who fails to follow safety instructions. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT

For participants under 18 years of age, the booking must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing a ticket, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the participant.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By completing a booking, you consent to the use of photographs and videos containing the participant's image unless you advise Holly Seaton in writing prior to the commencement of the workshop that you do not consent.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available for change of mind, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

If a workshop is cancelled by Coached by Holly, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future workshop.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing this booking, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• I understand the risks associated with participation in acrobatics activities.
• I voluntarily accept those risks.
• I agree to release Coached by Holly and associated parties from liability as outlined above.
• I have disclosed any relevant medical information.
• If booking for a participant under 18 years of age, I am the participant's parent or legal guardian and provide consent for their participation.
• For advanced workshops, I confirm that the participant meets the advertised prerequisites.
