Booking Commitment

By purchasing a ticket, you are committing to the full 6-week series. This is a closed group experience designed to allow participants to build skills, rhythm and connection together over time. Casual or single-session attendance is not available as part of standard bookings.

Known Absences & Partial-Series Bookings

If, before booking, you know that you will be unable to attend three or more of the six sessions, please contact us before purchasing your ticket.

Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange a partial-series booking. Partial-series bookings are offered at the organiser’s discretion, must be agreed upon prior to booking, and are not automatically available.

Payments, Refunds & Missed Sessions

Once a booking has been made, it is considered final. Your booking reserves your place for the full 6-week series rather than six individually redeemable sessions.

Refunds, credits or make-up sessions are not available for change of mind, missed sessions or partial attendance, including where you are unable to attend due to illness, work or family commitments, holidays or other personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend the series, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to organiser approval.

Event Changes or Cancellation

If a session is cancelled by the facilitators, for example due to illness or extreme weather, a make-up session will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, an appropriate partial refund or credit may be provided.

If the entire 6-week series is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund.

Participation & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during sessions. Please advise the organisers prior to the event of any medical, physical or sensory considerations that may affect your participation or that you would like the facilitators to be aware of.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Please notify the organiser prior to the event if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

Respectful Space

This is a community-focused and inclusive environment. Respect for facilitators, fellow participants and the shared space is expected at all times.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
