Creative Mind Art – Ticket & Cancellation Policy
Please book carefully before purchasing your tickets.
As a small business with limited seating, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, transfers to another event, or exchanges for cancellations, non-attendance, change of mind, or personal circumstances.
Every ticket reserves a seat, and I purchase art materials, prepare each workshop in advance, and commit to community centre hire, equipment, insurance, and other event costs based on confirmed bookings.
These costs are incurred whether or not a guest attends.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a small business, I am unable to absorb the financial impact of cancellations or manage individual refund or credit requests.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to privately transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please let me know their name before the event so I can update the guest list.
If you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your ticket, please let me know at least 72 hours before the event.
This gives me the opportunity to offer your seat to someone on the waitlist or advertise it as a last-minute availability, giving another guest the opportunity to attend.
Unfortunately, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided, even if your seat is unable to be filled.
Any exception is entirely at the sole discretion of Creative Mind Art and does not change or replace this policy.
