By completing this booking, the parent or guardian confirms that:

The participant is fit to take part in cricket activities and all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries and support requirements have been disclosed.
SHSB coaches may provide basic first aid and contact emergency services if reasonably required. The parent or guardian will be contacted as soon as practicable.
Participants must follow coaches’ instructions and behave respectfully and safely. SHSB reserves the right to contact a parent or guardian if a participant’s behaviour presents a safety concern.
Participants must bring suitable clothing, cricket equipment where available, food, snacks, sun protection and a clearly labelled drink bottle.
The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the participant is collected promptly at the conclusion of each session.
Clinic activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to weather, ground conditions or other circumstances outside the club’s control. Families will be advised of any changes as soon as possible.
Refunds will be managed reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law. TryBooking fees may be non-refundable.
SHSB may take photographs or videos during the clinic for club communications and promotion. Please notify the club before the clinic if you do not consent to your child appearing in this material.
SHSB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Participation in sporting activities involves an inherent risk of injury. SHSB will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and properly supervised environment.
