1. Entries are restricted to Amateurs who are full or Junior members of affiliated clubs of Golf West Gippsland.
2. Golf West Gippsland's Men's & Women's Match & Play are entire management of this Event.
3. Draw & Tee Times will be emailed to all entrants ASAP after Event has closed.
4. You are required to register your arrival no later than 10 min before your tee time.
5. In the event of a tie in Men's & Women's Gross events, a sudden death play-off will occur on Hole 18 repeating until a winner is decided. Entrants can win only one event(other than Champion of Champions if qualified)
6. Hiring of carts is to be arranged directly with host club Trafalgar GC on 5633 1110
7. Team Prize (GWG Plate) will only be awarded if a minimum of Two (2) clubs send a minimum of 5 players.
8. Best 5 scores (converted into Stableford scores) will decide the winning team. If tied the 6th card, 7th card & 8th card
if still tied.
9. Refunds will be given if notified by email before Event closes, 05/10/26
10. A Grade + to 9, B Grade 10 + All grades can be change depending on entries. (Mens)
