She Builds Partnership & Sponsorship — Terms & Conditions
She Builds is committed to hosting four regular events each year, creating opportunities for women to gather, grow in faith, be encouraged, equipped and empowered to walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.
The She Builds Gemstone Partnership Program provides annual sponsorship support for these four events and the resources, preparation and operational costs required to make them possible.
By becoming a She Builds Gemstone Partner, you are partnering with us to help build a sustainable foundation for these gatherings and their ongoing impact.
1. Partnership Period
Gemstone sponsorship is an annual partnership supporting four regular She Builds events within the year. The partnership period begins from the date payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Partnership Levels
Partners may select from one of the following annual Gemstone Partnership Levels:
• Emerald Partner – Foundation Builder: $1,400 per annum
• Crystal Partner – Vision Supporter: $1,100 per annum
• Amethyst Partner – Purpose Champion: $800 per annum
• Rose Quartz Partner – Encourager: $500 per annum
• Citrine Partner – Supporter: $200 per annum
• Pearl Partner – Friend of She Builds: $50 per annum
3. Use of Sponsorship Funds
Sponsorship funds support the delivery of She Builds' four regular annual events and the activities required to prepare and deliver them.
Funds may be used for event venues, hospitality, guest speakers, worship and ministry activities, resources, equipment, administration, insurance, communications, digital platforms, marketing, promotional materials and other reasonable costs associated with delivering and developing the four events.
Funds are used according to the needs of the overall annual program and are not necessarily allocated equally between individual events.
4. Voluntary Partnership
Becoming a She Builds Partner is voluntary. Sponsorship does not provide ownership, management rights, decision-making authority or any financial interest in She Builds.
5. Sponsorship Recognition
She Builds may acknowledge and celebrate its partners through its website, events, social media, printed materials and other communications where appropriate.
Partners may request to remain anonymous. Business names, logos or promotional information will only be publicly displayed where appropriate and with permission.
6. Tax Deductibility
She Builds sponsorship and partnership payments are not tax-deductible donations. Partners should seek their own financial or taxation advice regarding their individual circumstances.
7. Refunds
As sponsorship funds may be committed to event preparation, resources and operating expenses after payment is received, partnership payments are generally non-refundable.
Any refund request will be considered individually and handled in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.
8. Changes to Events
She Builds intends to deliver four regular events each year. However, event dates, venues, speakers, formats or programs may change where circumstances require.
Where an event needs to be postponed, rescheduled, changed or cancelled, sponsorship continues to support the broader annual She Builds event program and associated activities.
9. Communication
Partners may receive occasional updates about the impact of their partnership, upcoming She Builds events and opportunities to be involved.
Partners may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided by partners will be used to administer the partnership, communicate with partners and support She Builds activities. Personal information will not be publicly disclosed without permission unless required by law.
11. Renewal
Gemstone Partnership is an annual sponsorship and does not automatically renew unless a recurring payment arrangement has been specifically established and authorised.
She Builds may contact partners toward the end of their partnership period and invite them to continue their partnership for another year.
12. Agreement
By completing your sponsorship payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and understand that your annual partnership supports the delivery of four regular She Builds events and the broader resources and activities required to make those events possible.
