TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE

By registering for and attending the Shirley Treacy Awards Online Award Presentation, attendees agree to the following:

The Online Award Presentation is delivered via the Zoom online meeting platform.
Tickets must be purchased through TryBooking and bookings close at the advertised date and time.
Each Zoom access link is valid for one household only.
Attendees must not share, distribute or forward the Zoom link to any other person.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
By joining the Zoom event, attendees acknowledge that their image, audio and video may be visible to other attendees during the live presentation.
Attendees must not take photographs, screenshots, video recordings or screen captures of performances or participants without the express permission of those involved.
The Royal Academy of Dance may capture screenshots or images from the event for promotional, marketing or reporting purposes unless otherwise advised.
Overall Award Finalists consent to their recorded performance being screened during the Online Award Presentation in accordance with the Shirley Treacy Awards Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Event details are subject to change and the Royal Academy of Dance reserves the right to make amendments where necessary.
The adjudicators' decisions are final.
All attendees must adhere to the Royal Academy of Dance Code of Conduct for Teachers and Parents. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Awards.
