2257Heaven Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a 2257Heaven event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Entry

* This is a strictly 18+ event.
* A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
* A valid ticket is required for admission and must be presented on arrival.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed intoxicated, aggressive, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Tickets

* Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time specified.
* Tickets must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform.
* Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or at a price higher than the original purchase price.

Refunds & Transfers

* Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
* If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person prior to the event, provided the new ticket holder meets all entry requirements.

Event Changes

* 2257Heaven reserves the right to alter event times, entertainment, DJs, performers, venue layout or other event details where necessary.
* Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Cancellation or Postponement

* If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with information regarding refunds or credits.
* If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund options will be advised in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Complimentary Drink

* Each ticket includes one complimentary drink on arrival.
* The complimentary drink is limited to selected beverages as determined by the venue.
* The offer is valid only on the event date and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or redeemed at another time.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

* Alcohol will only be served in accordance with NSW liquor licensing laws.
* The venue reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person.

Photography & Video

* Photography and video may be taken during the event.
* By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by 2257Heaven for promotional, marketing and social media purposes without compensation.

Personal Property

* Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
* 2257Heaven and the venue accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Liability

* Attendees enter the venue and participate in the event at their own risk.
* To the extent permitted by law, 2257Heaven, its organisers, contractors and the venue are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from attendance at the event.

Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
