WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This ticket is proof of purchase for the above workshop and must be presented at the time of registration/admission.

2. Tickets may be transferred to another participant, provided the Event Organiser is notified in advance and the transfer is approved and recorded prior to the workshop. Only one participant is permitted per ticket purchased.

3. Tickets must not be duplicated, copied or otherwise reproduced for the purpose of falsifying entry.

4. Workshop tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where otherwise determined by the Event Organiser.

5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or participation where a participant does not meet the requirements of the workshop or where their behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.

6. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com.

8. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be appropriately dressed and prepared for the workshop. Participants should bring any required equipment, water and appropriate footwear as advised by the Event Organiser.

9. Workshops may involve physical activity, including dance, movement, stretching, acrobatics or other physical skills. Participants are responsible for informing the Event Organiser or workshop instructor of any relevant injury, medical condition, limitation or other circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.

10. Participants are expected to follow all reasonable instructions given by workshop instructors and Event Organiser staff. Any participant who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate may be asked to leave the workshop without refund.

11. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the participant is appropriately prepared and has provided any required consent or medical information prior to participation.

12. The Event Organiser reserves the right to change the workshop schedule, instructors, venue, class content or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative where reasonably possible.

13. If the workshop is cancelled by the Event Organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less any applicable booking fees will be issued to participants, unless an alternative workshop date or arrangement is offered and accepted.

14. The Event Organiser reserves the right to photograph, film and record the workshop and its participants for promotional, archival and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending the workshop, participants (or their parent/guardian where applicable) acknowledge this unless an alternative arrangement has been made with the Event Organiser prior to the workshop.

15. Participants and spectators must not photograph or film other participants during the workshop without appropriate permission. The Event Organiser may restrict photography or filming where required for privacy, safety or operational reasons.

16. Any data collected through the booking process or at the workshop will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Event Organiser's privacy practices.

17. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt.
