Terms and Conditions  −  Magic Battle 2026

By purchasing or using a ticket to Magic Battle, the ticket holder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry to Magic Battle unless otherwise specified by Perth Magic All Stars.
Tickets are valid only for the event/date stated on the ticket.
Ticket holders will be required to present their ticket or booking confirmation upon entry.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult while attending the event.
Perth Magic All Stars reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or reasonable directions from event staff.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, team withdrawal or personal circumstances.
Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event unless otherwise advised.
If Magic Battle is cancelled by Perth Magic All Stars and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be advised of appropriate refund arrangements.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be transferred to the new event date.

3. Event Schedule
Competition schedules, performance times, awards times and other event details are subject to change.
Schedules will be communicated with families/athletes directly via their gym owner/studio owner/coach/teachers.
Perth Magic All Stars is not responsible for missed performances due to schedule changes or a ticket holder arriving late. Refunds will not be given to spectators who miss performances due to late arrivals.
Attendees are encouraged to allow sufficient time for parking, entry and seating.

4. Spectator Conduct
Magic Battle is intended to provide a positive, supportive and sportsmanlike environment for all athletes, coaches, judges and spectators.

All attendees are expected to:
Treat athletes, coaches, judges, staff, volunteers and other spectators with respect.
Support all participating clubs and teams in a positive manner.
Follow instructions provided by Perth Magic All Stars staff and event officials.
Refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or disruptive behaviour.
Refrain from interfering with athletes, coaches, judging, event operations or competition areas.
Remain seated during each and every performance to avoid disrupting or distracting athletes or spectators.

Perth Magic All Stars reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be provided where a person is removed from the event due to their conduct.

5. Athletes & Competition Areas
Only authorised athletes, coaches, judges and event personnel may enter dance floor (Saturday) sprung floor areas (Sunday).
Spectators must remain within designated spectator areas unless directed otherwise by event staff.
Parents and spectators must not enter warm-up or athlete areas without permission, including to speak with athletes or coaches during the event.

6. Photography & Video
Personal photography and video recording may be permitted from designated spectator areas, subject to any event-day restrictions.
Photography or recording must not obstruct the view of other spectators, interfere with event operations or involve entering restricted areas.
Professional or commercial photography, videography or live streaming is not permitted.
Attendees must respect any photography restrictions communicated by Perth Magic All Stars or participating clubs.
Strictly no flash photography.

7. Event Photography & Media
Magic Battle will be be photographed and/or filmed by Perth Magic All Stars or authorised event photographers.
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photographs or footage of the general event environment may be captured and may be used by Perth Magic All Stars for event coverage, promotional material, social media and future Magic Battle marketing, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

8. Venue Rules & Safety
All attendees must comply with venue rules, safety requirements and instructions from staff.
Entry to restricted, staff-only or athlete-only areas is prohibited unless authorised.
Attendees must not engage in behaviour that may create a safety risk to themselves or others.
In an emergency, attendees must follow all directions provided by venue or event staff.

9. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings while attending Magic Battle. Perth Magic All Stars is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Outside Food & Drink
Any restrictions regarding outside food and beverages will be subject to the rules communicated for the event and/or venue. Attendees are responsible for considering their own dietary and allergy requirements when purchasing or consuming food at the event.
Strictly no food or drink (other than water) is to be consumed on the cheer floors.

11. Participating Clubs
Magic Battle welcomes athletes, coaches, families and supporters from other clubs. Purchasing a spectator ticket does not provide access to athlete or coach areas or any other restricted areas.
All clubs and spectators are expected to uphold positive sportsmanship and contribute to a supportive competition environment.

12. Liability
Attendance at Magic Battle is at the attendee's own risk to the extent permitted by law. Perth Magic All Stars will take reasonable steps to provide a safe event environment but is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

13. Event Changes
Perth Magic All Stars reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including schedules, performance order, venue arrangements and event operations where required.
Where circumstances outside Perth Magic All Stars' reasonable control affect the event, including severe weather, venue issues, emergencies, government directions or other unforeseen circumstances, Perth Magic All Stars will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders where reasonably practicable.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Magic Battle, attendees confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Perth Magic All Stars reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary for the safe and effective operation of Magic Battle.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
