Terms & Conditions – House of Hope Sisters’ Bonfire Night

1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by House of Hope.

2. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Please notify House of Hope of any name changes prior to the event.

3. This is a sisters-only event.

4. Attendees must follow all venue and safety instructions, particularly around the bonfire and outdoor areas.

5. Please advise House of Hope of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

6. As this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. The event may be adjusted, postponed or relocated if weather or safety conditions require.

7. Photography and/or videography may take place during the event for House of Hope promotional purposes. Please advise our team on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.

8. House of Hope is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

9. Event details, activities and programming may be subject to reasonable change where necessary.

10. Limited places are available and registration is essential. Your place is confirmed once your booking and payment have been successfully completed.
