Terms and Conditions for the Class of 2025 Formal Event

By purchasing a ticket to the Class of 2025 Formal Event, both the student and their parent/guardian agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Purpose and Expectations: The Formal Event is designed to be God-honouring, enjoyable, safe, and memorable. Teachers will be present throughout the night to celebrate with students and provide supervision.

Dress Code: Attendees must wear formal attire or business suits, ensuring that all outfits are modest and appropriate. Students will not be admitted if their attire is deemed inappropriate. Outfits must be submitted for approval by contacting Ms Kapranov or Mrs Dutlow, and additional dress code expectations will be communicated to students in advance.

Arrival and Sign-In: Students should ideally arrive by parental transport, though limousine and taxi transport are permitted. Students may not drive themselves and must inform the school of their method of arrival. Upon arrival, students will be formally greeted by the Principal and staff and required to sign into the event.

Departure and Sign-Out: At the conclusion of the evening, students may only depart via parental transport, and no student will be permitted to leave unless collected by a parent. Parents must enter the venue to sign out their child. The Arrival and Departure Slip must be completed and returned to the school by 20th May 2025.

Photography: A photobooth will be available for students to capture memories throughout the evening, and all photos will be shared via a provided link.

Meal Arrangements: Students will be seated at designated tables for a three-course meal, which includes canapés on arrival and soft drinks throughout the service.

Entertainment: Music will be provided by a DJ, with all songs reviewed and approved before the event to ensure appropriate lyrics. Students may submit song requests, which will be assessed for suitability.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol in any form is strictly prohibited before, during, and after the event. Any student found consuming alcohol before the event will be denied entry and must be collected immediately.

Pre and Post Formal Gatherings: Supervised pre-formal gatherings at a parent’s home are acceptable, but the school strongly discourages and does not endorse any post-formal parties due to the lack of adequate supervision and the increased risk of alcohol-related incidents and dangerous behaviour.

Compliance and Consequences: Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in a student being denied entry or asked to leave the event. Any breach of these conditions may also result in further consequences in accordance with school policies.

By purchasing a ticket, both the student and their parent/guardian acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
