Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a Queensland Cricketers’ Club or QCC Group event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Please check your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

Tickets are issued to the person making the booking and may be subject to event specific conditions.

2. Cancellations and Refunds by Guests

Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stated for the specific event.

Requests to cancel a booking may be considered at the discretion of Queensland Cricketers’ Club and must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.

Where a refund is approved, any applicable booking or transaction fees may be non refundable.

3. Transfer of Tickets

Where a guest is unable to attend, tickets may generally be transferred to another person, provided the event organiser is notified prior to the event and the replacement guest meets any applicable event requirements.

Tickets cannot be resold for more than their original purchase price without prior approval from the event organiser.

4. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Queensland Cricketers’ Club or QCC Group, ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Where an event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will generally be offered a full refund of the ticket price.

Any booking or transaction fees charged by the ticketing platform may not be refundable.

5. Event Postponement or Changes

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or the event date, time, venue, program or inclusions are changed, ticket holders will be notified where possible.

Where an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be offered where the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, subject to the circumstances and notification provided by the event organiser.

Queensland Cricketers’ Club and QCC Group reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event arrangements where necessary.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Queensland Cricketers’ Club and QCC Group will not be liable for cancellation, postponement or changes to an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, government requirements, safety concerns, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide an alternative arrangement.

7. Event Entry

Entry to an event is subject to the conditions of the venue and any applicable age, licensing, security or other requirements.

The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a guest where their behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

8. Dietary Requirements

Guests are responsible for advising the event organiser of any dietary requirements or allergies within the timeframe specified for the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, the venue cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.

9. Booking Information

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all contact and attendee information provided is accurate. Queensland Cricketers’ Club and QCC Group are not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact details supplied at the time of booking.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Event specific terms may apply and will take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where applicable.
