Students must arrive one hour prior to their class time as listed. This allows for registration and warm up/warm up barre.
Warm up will not be adjudicated or open for viewing by an audience; however this is compulsory for all entrants. Only entrants are allowed into the dressing rooms/warm up areas.
Participants must be studying the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus and be entered by a financially registered RAD teacher.
Students must have entered and completed a graded/vocational examination in 2024 in the level they wish to enter. They may be waiting on results.
Grade 6 & 7 entrants may enter in the Intermediate Foundation level, if they have not previously taken an Intermediate or Advanced examination. Otherwise they should enter in the highest level examination level taken.
If a student has entered two examinations in 2024 they must enter the Awards at the highest level.
The adjudicator’s decision is final and no communication regarding their decision will be entered into.
Closing date for entries is 27 October 2024.

The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised program and/or faculty without prior notice. The WA Regional Advisory Panel reserves the right to change the mix of classes depending on the entries received at closing date. The information in this and other printed or electronic brochures/notices was correct at the time of print.

Please note; Some physical contact may be necessary by a member of the faculty to demonstrate exercises; or if a member of staff needs to administer first aid. Students attending do so at their own risk.

Unless otherwise directed by the parent/guardian it is accepted that photographic images and footage taken during this event may be used for promotional/reporting purposes.

Entry fees are non-refundable unless a written request is made and accompanied by a medical certificate. A 50% refund is available on presentation of a medical certificate.
