GLOW PARTY RAVECAVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is an 18+ event. Valid physical photo identification must be presented on entry. Entry may be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided.
Tickets are valid for one admission only. Tickets must not be duplicated, unlawfully resold or used for commercial promotions without the Event Organiser’s written permission.
Tickets are not refundable for change of mind, failure to attend, arriving after the event has finished, refusal of entry for failing to meet these conditions, or removal due to inappropriate behaviour. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is cancelled or materially changed by the Event Organiser, ticket holders will be offered any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. If the event is postponed, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date, with any applicable refund options communicated to ticket holders.
The Event Organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive, threatening, engaging in illegal activity, creating an unsafe environment or failing to follow reasonable directions from staff or security. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Event programming, set times and advertised features may be changed where reasonably necessary. Any major change will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Free gifts are available to eligible attendees who arrive before 10pm, strictly while stocks last. One gift per eligible attendee.
The best-dressed competition is determined by the Event Organiser or its nominated judges. The judges’ decision is final. Entrants must be present when the winner is announced to claim the prize.
Photography and video recording may occur during the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event content. Please speak with the photographer or Event Organiser during the event if you have concerns.
Attendees enter the event at their own risk and are responsible for acting safely, drinking responsibly and looking after themselves and their mates. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive essential information about this event by email. Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out requirements.
