By purchasing an RNPS Family Festival Unlimited Ride Wristband, you agree to the following:

Each wristband is valid for one person only and provides unlimited access to the rides and attractions included in the wristband during the RNPS Family Festival.

Wristbands must be worn to access rides and attractions and cannot be shared or transferred between people on the day.

Access to individual rides is subject to any age, height, safety or other restrictions set by the ride operator.

Ride availability may be affected by weather, safety requirements, maintenance or circumstances beyond the control of RNPS and the Festival Committee.

Pre-purchased wristbands can be collected from the RNPS Main Office from 18 October or from the Information Tent on Festival Day.

Refund requests must be made more than 48 hours before the Festival. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed within 48 hours of the Festival or for change of mind/non-attendance on the day.

Lost, damaged or removed wristbands cannot be replaced on Festival Day.

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult while attending the Festival.

By purchasing a wristband, attendees agree to follow all reasonable directions provided by ride operators, Festival volunteers and RNPS staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
