Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking. By purchasing a ticket and participating in Lucy Durack’s Glee Club (“Glee Club”), you agree to the following:

### Tickets & Refunds

Please note that all tickets are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

If the Event Organiser needs to cancel a session or program, participants will be notified and an appropriate arrangement will be communicated.

### Participant Safety & Acknowledgement of Risk

Glee Club is a fun, inclusive singing program and may involve singing, dancing, movement, games, physical activity, group activities, rehearsals and performances.

I acknowledge that participation in any group activity may involve some inherent risks, including accidental injury, illness, falls, collisions, strains or other injury.

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily choose to participate, or, where the participant is under 18, consent to my child participating.

Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from Glee Club teachers and staff and to behave respectfully towards other participants, teachers, staff and venue personnel.

### Medical & Emergency Information

Participants, or their parent/guardian where the participant is under 18, are responsible for informing the Event Organiser of any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury, disability, behavioural consideration or other circumstance that may reasonably affect the participant’s ability to safely participate.

In the event of an emergency, I authorise Glee Club staff to seek appropriate medical assistance for the participant and, where reasonably necessary, arrange emergency medical treatment if a parent/guardian or emergency contact cannot be reached in time.

Any medical, hospital or ambulance costs incurred on behalf of the participant are the responsibility of the participant or their parent/guardian, to the extent permitted by law.

### Children & Supervision

For participants under 18, Glee Club provides supervision during the scheduled Glee Club session.

Glee Club is not a childcare service outside scheduled session times. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children arrive and are collected at the designated times and that Glee Club has accurate emergency contact information.

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical, behavioural, developmental or other relevant information that may affect their child’s safety or the safety of others before the session commences.

Glee Club staff may ask a participant to modify or cease an activity where they reasonably consider this necessary for the safety or wellbeing of the participant or others.

### Liability & Release

To the extent permitted by law, I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation in Glee Club and agree that Lucy Durack’s Glee Club Pty Ltd, Lucy Durack, its directors, employees, contractors, teachers, volunteers and venue providers will not be liable for loss, damage, injury or illness arising from risks inherent in participation in Glee Club activities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability for negligence or other liability to the extent that such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

### Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings brought to Glee Club.

To the extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

### Parent/Guardian Consent

Where the participant is under 18 years of age, the person making the booking confirms that they are the participant’s parent or legal guardian, or have the appropriate authority to provide consent on the participant’s behalf, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

### Photos & Videos

We may take photos and videos during the program to capture the fun and share the Glee Club experience in our marketing and social media.

Children’s faces will not be photographed or filmed, and we will not use identifiable images of children in any promotional materials.

By purchasing a ticket, adult participants consent to the use of photographs or video in which they may appear for Glee Club marketing and promotional purposes, unless they notify the Event Organiser otherwise.

### Communications

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive occasional information about this event and future Glee Club programs from the Event Organiser by email.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

### Acknowledgement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in Glee Club.
