Registration & Entry: Pay what you feel. Tickets are not transferable and not refundable.
Children & Minors: Children and young people under 16 years old are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Photography, Filming & Media: The event will be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional, archival, or community storytelling purposes by Kwabo Events. If you prefer not to appear in the media, please notify staff on arrival. We will provide you with a yellow sticker.
Health, Safety & Conduct: Attendees must follow event staff directions at all times.
Kwabo is committed to a culturally safe and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
COVID-19 & Health: Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19. This is to safeguard the health of our community, particularly children, elders, and vulnerable attendees.
The organisers may remove individuals who breach these terms.
Accessibility
The event strives to be inclusive and accessible. Please advise us in advance of any specific accessibility requirements by emailing gracieuse@kwabofestival.org.
The main event will be held on the ground floor with an accessible ramp. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Liability
Entry and participation are at your own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury incurred.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
