By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance via TryBooking. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Grandparents may accompany multiple children. One ticket per child is required to cover materials.


Refunds & Cancellations
Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
Refunds will only be considered if a class is cancelled by the Gallery.

Changes to Program
The Gallery reserves the right to make changes to class content, facilitators, or scheduling if required. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Supervision & Pickup
Grandparents must stay with their grandchildren for the duration of the class. The Gallery is not able to provide supervision for children without their carer/grandparent.

Photography & Documentation
Photographs may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the Gallery prior to the program.

This is a hands-on, practical class. We will be getting messy! Please ensure you child is wearing clothes and shoes that can get paint and other art supplies on them. Shoes must have an enclosed toe.
