By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, patrons agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Ticketing
All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry unless otherwise specified.
Tickets must be presented to ushers upon arrival, either in printed form or displayed on a mobile device.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted tickets may not be replaced.
Entry may be denied if a valid ticket cannot be produced.
Trinity College reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
2. Event Entry
Doors will open prior to the advertised performance time. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early.
Late arrivals may be required to wait until an appropriate break in the performance before being admitted.
Re-entry may not be permitted during the performance.
3. Child Safety and Privacy
Trinity College is committed to providing a safe environment for all children and young people.
In accordance with the College's Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy, the safety, privacy and wellbeing of students is paramount.
Audience members must not engage in any behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of performers, students, staff or volunteers.
Any concerns relating to child safety should be reported immediately to a Trinity College staff member.
4. Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording, live streaming, screen recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
This requirement is in place to protect the privacy and safety of students participating in the event.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched to silent mode during the performance.
Any patron found recording or photographing the performance may be asked to cease immediately and may be removed from the venue without refund.
5. Venue Behaviour
Patrons are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, volunteers and fellow audience members.
Disruptive behaviour, offensive language, intoxication, harassment or failure to follow staff directions may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Aisles, exits and emergency access points must remain clear at all times.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
In the event of cancellation by Trinity College, ticket holders will be advised of available refund options.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to the Event
Trinity College reserves the right to make changes to the event program, running order, venue arrangements or performers where necessary.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Emergency Procedures
Patrons must follow all directions provided by venue staff in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
Failure to comply with emergency instructions may result in removal from the venue.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket and/or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
