Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to The Lot Beer Festival, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, illness, personal circumstances or incorrect purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Weather
The Lot Beer Festival is an outdoor, all-weather event and will proceed in rain or shine where it is safe and reasonable to do so.
Guests should dress appropriately for the conditions. Some areas of the venue are covered; however, full protection from weather cannot be guaranteed.
Rain, heat, wind or other normal weather conditions will not, by themselves, entitle ticket holders to a refund.
3. Severe Weather & Event Cancellation
The safety of guests, staff, performers and suppliers comes first.
If severe or dangerous weather, an emergency, government direction or another circumstance outside our reasonable control makes it unsafe or impractical to proceed, The Lot may delay, modify, postpone or cancel the event.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, refunds or other remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Event Changes
The Lot reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, entertainment, breweries, food vendors, activities or event layout where necessary.
Minor changes to the program do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5. Entry & Responsible Service of Alcohol
Entry is subject to venue conditions and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
Valid photo identification may be required. Alcohol will only be served in accordance with NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. The Lot reserves the right to refuse service or entry, or remove a person from the event, where required by law or where their behaviour is unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive or disruptive.
6. Ticket Holder Responsibility
Ticket holders are responsible for checking event information and any updates issued before attending.
The Lot is not responsible for costs associated with attending the event, including transport, accommodation or other personal expenses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Acceptance
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
