Wet Weather Policy

All decisions relating to weather, venue and session conditions are made solely by The Netball Lab. Sessions proceed as scheduled unless you are advised otherwise by us directly.

Where weather affects a session, The Netball Lab will put an alternative wet weather plan in place. This may include relocating, adjusting drills and format, shortening the session, or rescheduling. No refunds are issued due to weather.

If a session is shortened or stopped once it has commenced, it is considered delivered and no refund applies.

If a session cannot go ahead at all, we will communicate next steps directly.

If you choose not to attend, no refund will be provided and the session is considered delivered.

Refunds

All bookings are final and non refundable. This includes change of mind, non attendance, late arrival, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts and travel. Refunds are not provided for partial attendance or unused sessions. Bookings are not transferable between participants, sessions or locations unless approved by The Netball Lab in writing.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
