Refunds: Approved change-of-mind refunds incur a fee of 10% of the ticket price. This fee does not apply where a full refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Entry and conduct: All attendees must comply with venue rules and staff directions. Entry may be refused, or attendees removed, for intoxication, unsafe behaviour or failure to meet entry requirements.

Purchasing a ticket confirms your acceptance of these terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
