Music Group – Terms and Conditions

- Groups will be delivered as small group lap session of 8-10 children and one parent/guardian per child will be required to attend the group as a supporting adult. Please note that supervision for other younger siblings cannot be provided.
- Groups will be delivered in the Music Room on Level 2. Parents must sign in at reception prior to the commencement of the group and are requested to enter the building via the Primary School playground. There is lift access from Level 5 to Level 2.
- Parents are required to sign out on departure.
- Sessions missed due to illness or lifestyle choices will be forfeited. By negotiation with the specialist music teacher and subject to available spaces in groups, a child may be permitted to attend another lesson.
- Refunds will only be granted for extenuating circumstances.
