GOURMET PAWPRINTS

1. Definitions
1.1. Participant
1.1.1. The person/s named in the booking form or in attendance
1.1.2. The Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.2. Tour/Event
1.2.1. Refers to any Tour or Event organised by Gourmet Pawprints
1.3. Injury
1.3.1. Refers to any loss, damage, illness, harm or death
1.4. Dog
1.4.1. Refers to any dog participating in the Tour/Event
1.5. Gift Voucher
1.5.1. Refers to a voucher purchased to be redeemed on a Public Tour or Event
1.6. Products
1.6.1. Refers to any products sold either online or in person by Gourmet Pawprints
2. Introduction
2.1. The Participant;
2.1.1. releases and indemnifies Gourmet Pawprints, its employees, contractors, agents and representatives against any and all claims or actions of any kind arising from any Injury sustained during the Tour/Event including but not limited by an incident inflicted by a Dog upon any other Dog or Participant throughout the duration of the Tour/Event, and the Participant shall be responsible for all damages and costs incurred as a result of any Injury.
2.1.2. acknowledges that transport for the duration of the Tour/Event may be provided by bus and/or ferry/boat/train, and the Participant acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of injury and spread of illness between Dogs as a result of the transportation of Dogs in close proximity to each other.
2.1.3. releases and indemnifies Gourmet Pawprints against all liability resulting from any accident, injury or illness sustained by any Dog or Participant as a result of the transportation of the Dogs in close proximity to each other.
2.1.4. Is 18 years of age or over and can provide suitable identification if requested
2.1.5. The Participant will advise Gourmet Pawprints prior to the Tour/Event if they are suffering any medical conditions which place themselves or other Participants and/or Dogs at risk. This includes but is not limited to a communicable disease such as but not limited to Covid19. This includes being in isolation, being in contact with another person who has been exposed and testing positive to a communicable disease.
2.1.6. The Participant will at all times behave towards Gourmet Pawprints staff, other Participants and Venue staff with courtesy and respect and will follow directions provided by Gourmet Pawprints.
3. Dog
3.1. The Participant will ensure that the Dog/s:
3.1.1. Booked on the Tour/Event are in good physical health and up to date on all worming, flea treatment and vaccinations
3.1.2. the Participant undertakes to provide a copy of the Dog’s current C5 vaccination certificate and sterilisation certificate at least 14 days prior to the Tour/Event or when requested by Gourmet Pawprints and/or provides Gourmet Pawprints with Veterinary contact information to verify this vaccination and sterilisation status
3.1.3. The Participant undertakes to advise Gourmet Pawprints of any medical conditions, medication or treatment for the Dog prior to the Tour/Event commencing.
3.1.4. Is wearing a flat collar with identification details attached
3.1.5. Is not wearing a retractable lead
3.1.6. Is not suffering from any contagious illness, such as Canine cough, and has not displayed any symptoms of a contagious illness in the 7 days prior to the Tour/Event.
3.1.7. Does not have a history of behavioural problems or aggression that may pose a risk to other dogs or participants.
3.1.8. Is de sexed and a copy of the sterilisation certificate is provided or able to be verified from a Veterinarian
3.1.9. Is well socialised and able to cope in close proximity to other dogs and participants for extended periods of time.
4. Tours and Events
4.1. Gourmet Pawprints will advise guests if the Tour/Event is cancelled 24 hours prior to the departure time.
4.2. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, external events or circumstances beyond Gourmet Pawprints control, a transfer to an alternative date will be offered.
4.3. If the tour is cancelled due to low booking numbers a full refund will be provided within 7 days of the Tour/Event date with funds returned to the credit card used to make the booking
4.4. Gourmet Pawprints reserve the right to change the destination or reschedule any Tour/Event if due to circumstances beyond Gourmet Pawprints control, such as bushfire or flood, it is deemed unsafe or impracticable for the Tour/Event to visit a particular location.
4.5. If the Participant wishes to transfer to another date within 14 days of the Tour/Event dates then an administration fee of $50 will be charged per booking.
4.6. No transfers can be accepted with less than 3 days notice and the Participant will forfeit the full ticket price/s
4.7. Booking are final and any requests to cancel a booking or part booking will forfeit the full ticket price/s. No refunds are provided
4.8. If the Participant provides at least 14 days notice of their intention to cancel then Gourmet Pawprints may offer a transfer to another same Tour/Event type and value within 90 days of the original Tour/Event date.
4.9. Gourmet Pawprints reserve the right to allow at their discretion, a mixture of both de sexed and entire dogs to participate on a Private Tour/Event with prior consent of all Participants.
4.10. The Participant acknowledges and understands that Gourmet Pawprints accepts no liability for any accident, illness or injury to any person or Dog or any claim arising as a result of the participation of both de sexed and entire Dogs including any accidental pregnancy resulting from contact between entire male and entire female dogs during the Private Tour/Event.
4.11. Tickets purchased for a Private Tour/Event cannot be transferred, and must be used for the nominated Private Tour/Event. If the Participant and the Dog cannot participate in the Private Tour/Event for any reason, ticket monies will not be refunded and the Participant and Dog shall forfeit to Gourmet Pawprints all ticket monies paid.
4.12. Gourmet Pawprints requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 to secure the Private Tour/Event.
4.13. Gourmet Pawprints requires the full monies to be paid within 30 days of the Private Tour/Event, if this has not been paid, then the deposit is forfeited and the Private/Tour/Event cancelled.
5. Gift Vouchers
5.1. Gourmet Pawprints offers gift vouchers which are valid
5.1.1. On public tours and events only
5.1.2. Valid for 3 years
5.1.3. Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable
5.1.4. Not redeemable on any Private Tour or Event
5.1.5. Not redeemable for products or other services
5.1.6. Must be used by a Participant and Dog who adhere to the Terms and Conditions of this policy.
6. Photos/Video
6.1. The Participant authorises Gourmet Pawprints to use and reproduce any photos or filming of the Participant and/or the Dog taken on the Tour/Event for the purposes of the Gourmet Pawprints website, social media sites and/or and any media and/or any advertising or marketing material published by Gourmet Pawprints. Should the Participant not wish to be photographed or filmed during the Tour/Event, the Participant must notify Gourmet Pawprints prior to the commencement of the Tour and every effort will be made to exclude the Participant and the Dog from all photographs and videos taken by Gourmet Pawprints or its nominated photographer throughout the Tour/Event.
7. Personal Information
7.1. The Participant acknowledges that all personal information provided to Gourmet Pawprints will only be used for the purposes of the Tour/Event and will not be released to any third party without the prior consent of the Participant.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
