1) I acknowledge and accept that cycling is a physically demanding sport carrying with it considerable risk of
danger and injury. I accept that the risks of such accidents or collisions are inherent in cycling and can
happen at any time to any cyclist, including to me.
2) I agree as a condition precedent to my participation in the Training that I
hereby release and discharge Manly Warringah Cycling Club Inc. (the Club), its officials, servants, representatives, agents and sponsors (and any of their respective representatives), from all claims or liabilities which I may suffer or incur, and abandon and waive any claim or cause of action which I, my executors or
administrators might otherwise have, arising from, or directly or indirectly in connection with or incidental
to my participation in the activity. I indemnify the Club, its officials, servants, representatives, agents and sponsors (and any of their respective representatives), against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost and expense that may be incurred or sustained by the Club, its officials, servants, representatives, agents and sponsors (and any of their respective representatives), caused by or arising out of any act, matter or thing done, permitted or omitted to be done by me in the activity.
3) I agree that I will abide by instructions advised to me by those authorised to do so in the conduct of any
Club or Club related activity and the rules of the Club.
4) I am aware of the risks referred to in paragraph 1 above, and I hereby assert that I am sufficiently fit and
capable to participate in any activity I decide to undertake with the Club in respect of the activity. I acknowledge that I do not rely on any representation from any person directly or indirectly associated with the Club that I am capable of undertaking the activity, which I do solely at my desire and at my own risk.
5) I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and warrant that any
equipment I introduce to any activity with the Club is properly maintained and fit for the purpose intended.
6) I understand that photo and/or videos may be taken and consent to them being used for promotional purposes for the Club.
7) These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
