1. MCRI reserves the right to cancel or postpone training programs within one week of course commencement due to:
• Insufficient numbers of registrations
• Circumstances beyond the control of MCRI
In either case all fees will be refunded and/ or the training program will be rescheduled. Should an attendee not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.
2. In the event of cancellation by the attendee, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 days prior to the course date.
3. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day.
4. MCRI will provide a full refund to an individual attendee if there is a significant verifiable reason for cancellation and MCRI could not book the attendee into another course/workshop within a reasonable time frame.
