As a member, I/we recognise the Australian Federation of Traditional Karate Incorporated (AFTK) as a national traditional karatedo governing body in Australia, and is in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the AFTK. I/we hereby submit our application along with my/my dojo/my association's credentials. We understand that only financial members of the AFTK can participate in all AFTK activities and events, and receive member benefit discounts.

Upon acceptance as members, I/we will respect and abide by the AFTK Constitution, Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the AFTK Management Committee. Wee understand, if registered as a Dojo or Association Member, we must carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which can be arranged through the AFTK (or supplier externally). I/we will fully cooperate in the development of traditional karatedo in Australia.

Please note that the AFTK maintains public liability insurance to the amount of $20 million.

If your application is not accepted by the AFTK Management Committee, then your application fee will be refunded. Applications are processed in accordance with the Queensland Incorporated Associations Model Rules Section 9, and the approval status of the application will be supplied after seven (7) days.
