If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact reception directly. As each class time is reserved especially for you, we respectfully request that any changes to your booking be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, as well as missed classes, will result in the booking fee becoming non-refundable.

This policy will be effective from 1 July 2026.
