Term:
1. Hire of the Equipment is valid for 7 days, commencing from the Event date indicated at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified with the Owner
2. All Equipment must be returned within 7 days after the event date concludes, unless otherwise specified. Should there be delay in returning the Equipment, the Hirer my be subjected to a late fee that will be deducted from your TryBooking account
Use of Equipment:
3. The Hirer will use the Equipment in a good and careful manner and will comply with all of the manufacturer's requirement and recommendations respecting the Equipment and with any applicable law, whether local, state or feral respecting the use of the Equipment, including, but not limited to, environmental and copyright law.
4. The Hirer will use the Equipment for the purpose for which it was designed and not for any other purpose.
5. Unless the Hirer obtains the prior written consent of the Owner, the Hirer will not alter , modify or attached anything to the Equipment unless the alternation, modification or attachment is easily removable without damaging the functional capabilities or economic value of the Equipment.
Warranties:
6. The Equipment will be in good working order and good condition upon delivery
7. The Equipment is of merchantable quality and is fit for the purpose it is ordinarily used
Loss and Damage:
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Hirer will be responsible for risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the Equipment from any and every cause
9. Loss or damage to the Equipment may result in the deposit or portion of the deposit being held by Owner.
10. Loss or damage that is not repairable or that would cost more to repair than the market value of the Equipment, the Hirer will provide the Owner with prompt written notice of such loss and will result in the following costs per item; EFTPOS Terminal $1,000.00, Tablet/laptop $400.00, Printer $500.00, Mobile device $400.00, chargers and charging cables $40.00
