COVID safety

We have developed our COVID Safe Plan to maximise the safety of everyone that enters the Prahran Market. The pandemic has forced us to implement some changes on how we operate our events ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

If you are coming to Prahran Market, please review the below information to help keep yourself and others safe.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

If you are unwell and cannot make it to your session, please let us know as early as possible – no later than 8 am the day of your session to receive your refund.

Undertake good hand and respiratory hygiene.

You can play a part in maintaining a COVID safe venue. Make use of the hand sanitiser that will be available throughout the Market, and sneeze or cough into your elbow.

Practice good physical distancing.

Where it’s practical to do so, please ensure that you keep your distance when queuing and moving throughout the Market. Signage throughout the square will help.

We offer contactless payments.

Food stations will be plentiful, and all accept cashless transactions.

If the event is cancelled your tickets will be refunded as soon as possible. All ticket holders will receive an update from the Market containing further details.

We aim to provide a COVID Safe Venue.

Our comprehensive COVID Safe Plan control measures include full venue cleaning, frequent and intensive cleaning of common high-traffic touch points (such as handrails, door handles, toilets, seat backs/armrests, and service counters).
