a) plaques

Plaques will be numbered from #101 to #900. Plaques will be installed in order of date purchased. Plaques are made of perspex and dimensions are 90mm (H) x 65mm (W) x 4mm (D) and will have a minimum lifetime of 12 years. During this period damaged or vandalised plaques will be replaced at the expense of the Cricket Club.

b) wording

Plaques wording can be up to 30 characters and will be split in up to 2 rows, including spacing and grammar.

c) position

The cricket club have been allocated the boundary fence running from the clubhouse in a Southerly direction towards Highet Avenue and back around the practice nets and back towards the scoreboard end. Plaques will be positioned facing outwards above the top rail of the picket fence and affixed to the picket fence using gallium-based glue or such other reversible compound adhesive.

d) Hall of Fame and Life Members

Hall of Fame and Life Members will have a plaque erected on their behalf by the club.
