NOTE: Tour refunds are ordinarily not available if unable to attend, late arrivals or change of mind cancellations.
We ask you to cancel your visit if you have serious illness or need to isolate. Otherwise a minimum of 48 hours is required if there is a need to change your booking. In the event of changes to your original booking, there is no guarantee that we can transfer your booking. A $25 admin fee may be charged for any ordinary booking changes.
All bookings will be confirmed by email from our office within 48 hours of your booking being made here.
The start time for all Private bookings is flexible. Please confirm your preferred start time when we confirm the tour.
